Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. You may also check the status of your order at any time by logging into Your Account and selecting the order you wish to track. If you are not registered with Falcon Brakes then click on "Order Status" button in the footer of the home page and enter your order number and e-mail address to know the status of your order.

If you've saved your card in your account with us, your card details are securely held in a reputable vault. We never store your card information on our servers. Instead, we store a tokenized version provided by the payment processor. Tokens, which appear as random characters, contain secret information that proves an identity, such as credit card details or personal data. This tokenization replaces identifying information (like a 16-digit card number) with substituted credentials for added protection.

Returns, Replacement & Warranty

We understand that sometimes, mistakes happen, and you may change your mind. If you ordered the wrong part or simply no longer need it, we offer the option of an exchange or refund with a 20% restocking fee. The shipping for returns is covered by Falcon Brakes if the mistake was on our end. If the mistake was on your end, the return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

We offer a 2 year warranty on all our brake pads, rotors and callipers. If for some reason, these parts are defective or occur unusual wear & tear, we will gladly replace them at no cost.

Refunds

For almost all of the returns we receive, once the merchandise is received your refund would be issued within 10 business days or a replacement item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours. However, sometimes we need to talk to our manufacturing team or/and to the customer to solve some complicated cases and therefore the refund takes a bit longer than normal (around 20 days).
